"Aug./Sept. 2003, $125 for one and $250 for a family, private bath with tub and shower, refridgerator, minibar, room service, AC and heat, phone, TV, cribs available, restaurant, bar, elevator, pool, accepts credit cards, walking distance to shopping, 'Most of the staff did not speak English, so that was often challenging. This hotel is considered the best in Aktobe, and is where the President of Kazakhstan stays when he is in town with his entourage. There are only 14 rooms, including one suite.
